It's been such a long time since I sat down and wrote a nice long post about my life, so if you don't mind i'm going to take this opportunity to do so.
My summer has been really amazing so far. Last week I came back from staying a month at camp. This summer I was a counselor in training. During my month as a CIT we did loads of exciting things. After "training" for the first week, we embarked on a 3-day hike on the Appalachian Trail. Over the course of those 3 days we hiked 26 miles, it was so grueling in every single way, but so amazing. I spent the third week living with a cabin of girls ages 9-12. Seeing camp from a staff perspective was awesome and the general cuteness of my girls was an added bonus. The last week was spent at the waterfront for lifeguard training. Lifeguard training was really hard, there was a few days where I thought I wouldn't pas, but I ultimately did.
Since I've been home I've just been hanging out. AP Euro scores came in the mail, I got a 3, as did literally every other person in my class. This week I saw Harry Potter, ate lots of fro yo and started my summer home work for AP Lang. Last night I went out to dinner with two of my close friends for my 16th birthday, it was really nice. On Wednesday I'm going to DC with my best friend to see Taylor Swift. I'm so excited, it's unreal. Then, when I get back I'll begin working at the town pool. The Cab Driver pulled up to the locked, wrought iron gates, unsure what to do.
"Miss, I think I have to leave you off here" He said
"That can't be right," Cammie said "There's supposed to someone waiting up front to let me in"
Like clock work, a stout man walked slowly to the gate.
"Miss Lindon I Presume?" He asked in a low voice as he opened the gate
"Yes" Cammie said
"Your a few days later than we expected you to be" He said
"I know, I'm sorry. I couldn't get a flight until now, it's been nearly impossible to fly in and out of Europe"
"It's quite alright" He smiled "I'm afraid you'll have to walk in from here"
"That's Fine" Cammie Smiled She grabbed two crisp twenties from her wallet and handed them to the driver "Thank you"
"I've Got your bags Miss Lindon" Said the Man "I'm Ron Edger, I'm in charge of admissions here" He said as Cammie grabbed one of her suit cases from him
"I'm Cammie Lindon" She Smiled
"It's nice to meet you, Cammie"

They walked in an uncomfortable silence until they reached the school
"So you're moving into room 256, and you'll have a room mate. I know you requested a single room, but seeing as it's so late in the year we have no free rooms left" He said handing her a key
"Oh, it's fine" Cammie said, she didn't really care wether or not she had a room mate, as long as she had a place to sleep
"As much as I'd love to help you bring your bags up I can't" Ron Said "But, Jon will be able to help you as much as you need" He said signaling someone over
"Take good care of her, Jon" Ron said before leaving
Jon had a buzz cut and the bluest eyes Cammie had ever seen. He bent down and picked up her bags
"Where to?" Jon asked
"Room Two Fifty Six" Cammie said she grabbed the handle of a rolling suit case and followed Jon out of the lobby
The trip to Cammie's room felt never ending. She tried to force small talk out of Jon but he didn't bite the bait. After walking down a seemingly endless hallway Jon stopped short in front of a door that had 256 written on it.
"This is It" he taking the key from her hand and using it to unlock the door
"Thanks" Cammie Said
But he was already gone.
Cammie grabbed her bags from the hall and walked slowly in to her room.
It was neat, but you could tell someone lived there.
Two twin beds sat on opposite sides of the room.
On one side the bed had been stripped and the walls were bear.
The other side was a different story, three girls sat on the other twin bed reading an issue of Nylon. One had long blond curls, another with medium length straight brown hair, and the last had hair that looked exactly like Zooey Deschanel's in 500 days of summer.
The one with brown hair jumped up
"Hi, I'm Allegra, your room mate, you must be Cammie"
"Hi, yeah I am" Cammie said
"This is Emma," She said motioning to the Zooey Deschanel look a like " And that's Kara" She motioned to the blond
"Hey Guys" Cammie Smiled
"Well, We were just about to go get some Coffee, your welcome to come, or you can stay here and unpack" Allegra said
"I think I'll stay and unpack. Maybe I'll meet up with you guys later though"
"Totally" Allegra said " When we're done we'll come get you up here and we can grab dinner. I mean, if you want"
"That Sounds great" Cammie smiled
"We'll be out of here in a few minutes, we're just waiting for our friend, Mary Cate She's always late" Emma said in a quiet voice

Some one opened the door.
